This month we have been talking about MCS ( multiple chemical sensitivity) and how its debilitating symptoms affect both the sufferer and their friends and families. We heard from Mark, a loving and supportive partner to Lisa and how her illness and journey to find the help that she needed affected him. Today we hear  from Lisa, some of her experiences and how she came to find the Dynamic Neural Retraining System and how the program and seminar changed her life!

We all love reading the success stories, peering at the “after” pictures and generally routing on others as they find wellness – or achieve those small and big victories on their journey of recovery. Of course, we are excited for them, but secretly doubt that we could be THAT person. How do we have faith and keep motivated to try one more treatment when so many other treatments have failed, leaving you feeling disheartened, sceptical and losing hope? For some insight and support we have reached out to Lisa Romano from Staten Island New York to share with us some of her journey and experiences with DNRS and what brought her to the system. Here is an excerpt from our chat together!

DNRS: Hi Lisa! Thank-you so much for taking the time to speak with us today! When I was reading your update on your well-being I noticed that you said “my wish is that this post will help others by inspiring them to get the DVDs or attend a live seminar….Take the leap of faith! DNRS works! ”   Your comment really resonated with us, as taking that first step, or “leap of faith” as you said, is what we are exploring in this blog! How did your symptoms begin and was there a significant moment when you felt driven to get help?

LR – Prior to DNRS I was a full time paediatric dental assistant for 26 1/2 years. ..I was energetic, a social butterfly and loved to go out to eat and drink! In March 2015 I became debilitated with anxiety and mystery symptoms. I went to 22 doctors and traveled to the top specialists in Minnesota to be diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome……I was also diagnosed with Dysauntanomia/ Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) multiple chemical sensitivity…..food sensitivities…..Post Traumatic Stress Disorder….Hashimotos ( Hypo thyroid condition) I used many alternative treatments including acupuncture, functional neurology, kinesiology, holistic treatments, nutritionists, gene testing …… and nothing helped me.

In July 2016 after searching health related sites on Facebook and watching some of the testimonials, the decision to order the Dynamic Neural Retraining System was simple and ordered the DVDs immediately. I was amazed how soon after starting the program at home it began to help me in VAST ways …I got out of the house (after being housebound for 6 months!) I was able to tolerate some scents and go places! In Oct 2017 I attended the DNRS seminar in Austin Texas, and that is where the magic happened and the real healing started. When I went to the seminar I was down to eating only four foods, and was only 104 pounds, while I was there I tried a new food and I ate a banana and it was the most delicious thing I ever had.

After I came home I was very dedicated to my practice.
I have added over 100 foods into my diet and gained 21 pounds. I have eaten many foods I was told never to eat like shrimp, lobster, muscles, fish, octopus, hotdogs and coffee!
My MCS is gone and I can go anywhere I want, I can be around any fragrances, I can use different products now and take supplements too! Physical changes in my body as well my hair regrowth are amazing… I have a whole new hairline coming in on my head, my nails are strong and they have changed back to the shape they were prior before all of this happened ,I have come off medications and I’m still lowering them every day. This is me having my first banana at live seminar!

Some goals that I achieved:

I had a birthday cake for my birthday this year for the first time in 3 years, I went on vacation to Mexico and I am going on a cruise in July, I stayed in a hotel in Atlantic City overnight and was around cigarette smoke in the casino, I went to the hair salon and nail salon, I go out to dinner and socialize and eat and drink, I go to parties and I went to the spa… I could spend holidays with my family I can go to funerals now. I sleep a lot better and I joke around a lot like I used to do. I’m more relaxed and calm and I am very happy and grateful for everything that I have in my life now…I feel that I am almost at 100% recovery. I got a lot of my life back and I am super grateful for it and of course grateful to the Dynamic Neural Retraining System and Annie Hopper.”
DNRS: What would you say to those suffering with similar issues but hesitant or unable to take that first step?
“Like I said, take that leap of faith, think of all that you have done and nothing has worked – you have nothing to lose and everything to gain – Be open to letting go of old information and be open to a new information system – it won’t take long for you to see for yourself. DNRS works!”
DNRS: Thank you so much for sharing with us Lisa – we wish you all the best – Enjoy the cruise!

That is why The Dynamic Neural Retraining System- is reaching out in the form of this blog, in hopes to widen the reach and hopefully answer the questions asked all the time at seminars and after DVD program – “why haven’t I heard about you!” And “WOW – “ I wish I had found this program years ago!” . It is a life changing program for those who have suffered in silence, spent thousands on unanswered questions and live a limited life. So welcome to “Wired for Healing – a Blog by the Dynamic Neural Retraining System. We will use this platform to continue to inform, help and support – so please follow and share us widely!

So glad but not surprised they did a profile on you Lisa You have worked so hard and dedicated yourself to healing.. I’m so proud of you for so many reasons…You never gave up, you worked incredibly hard.. and against many odds… to do the program as intended even at times when dealing w/ people doubting you or not being supportive,. Then to ultimately became a role model for me.. ( any many others) Always checking in, cheering on others, modeling ‘rounds’, giving supportive advice, sharing your insights.. and so much more.. I’m so happy for you and Mark… you both get to enjoy the new and improved healed Lisa! You deserve every ounce of kudos! Congratulations! Love you Lisa!
