Participants meet weekly over a 12-week time frame. This online program is led by Certified DNRS Coaches via Zoom. All coaches have fully recovered from limbic system impairment and associated illnesses through DNRS.
Share-a-Laugh
DNRS Share-a-Laugh classes help to elevate your mood and regulate your nervous system. These fun group classes combine laughter, breathing and somatic exercises that include small, optional movements that can be done while sitting. The classes are designed with community support in mind and are tailored specifically for people recovering from limbic system impairment through the DNRS program. All Share-a-Laugh instructors have fully recovered from limbic system impairment and associated illnesses through DNRS.
