Success Story
I Have My Family Back
Summary
Autumn experienced lifelong symptoms that intensified after a major “perfect storm” involving trauma, mold exposure, and stress. Her condition progressed to the point where she lost her home, career, and independence. After years of searching for answers without lasting relief, she discovered DNRS and began a steady recovery. Her story reflects how consistent brain retraining can support profound transformation—not only restoring physical health, but rebuilding identity, family life, and a deep sense of joy and connection.
A Lifetime of Symptoms
Autumn’s symptoms began at birth and continued throughout her life.
From early sensitivities and frequent infections in childhood to increasing health challenges in adulthood, her body showed signs of ongoing stress and reactivity.
A major turning point came later in life, when a combination of factors—including a traumatic birth experience and mold exposure—pushed her system beyond its limits.
“I was never the same after that.”
When Everything Fell Apart
As her condition worsened, Autumn’s life became increasingly restricted.
Eventually, she became too unwell to live in her home or care for her young daughter independently. She moved in with her parents while her husband remained in another city for work.
“I couldn’t take care of my 3-year-old daughter on my own.”
Her world narrowed to basic survival. She followed a highly restricted diet, avoided nearly all environmental exposures, and was unable to tolerate even gentle activity.
She lost not only her health, but her home, her career as a professional singer, and the structure of her family life.
“I lost my livelihood… my home… and my family.”
Finding a Different Path
After years of trying protocols, specialists, and restrictive approaches, Autumn reached a point where she began to question whether she had been missing something more fundamental.
When she heard about DNRS—especially through the story of someone who had fully recovered—it challenged what she believed was possible.
“It blew my mind that someone could truly recover.”
At the same time, it confirmed something she had already begun to suspect: that the endless cycle of treatments was not addressing the root cause.
With that realization, she committed to the program, even without certainty.

A Life Fully Restored
Within a year of starting DNRS, Autumn’s life had transformed in ways she once thought were impossible.
She returned to her home, reunited with her family, and resumed a full and active role in her daughter’s life.
“I spend all day long with my daughter… we dance, we play, we are silly all the time.”
Her physical health improved dramatically. She now eats a full and varied diet, exercises regularly, and moves through her environment without fear or restriction.
“I eat absolutely anything I want.”
Even the sensory experiences that once triggered symptoms—smells, movement, activity—became sources of enjoyment.
“My house is full of wonderful smells… the wonderful smell of home.”
She also returned to her passion for singing, reconnecting with a part of herself that had been lost during her illness.
“ I am singing again. Every day, I use my voice and I fill the house with my strong, confident, clear singing voice. When the opportunity returns, I will fill the halls of churches and theaters again with my trained soprano. And this time, I will know what it took and what it means to have that gift to share with the world.”
But beyond the physical and functional changes, the most profound shift has been in how she experiences life.
She describes a sense of gratitude, presence, and emotional connection—not just to her health, but to her family and the world around her.
“We… became shells of our former selves… restored.”
For Autumn, recovery was not just about getting her life back—it was about becoming someone stronger, more resilient, and deeply connected to what matters most.
