Success Story
Testing the Waters
Summary
Victor experienced a long progression of symptoms beginning with panic attacks and anxiety, eventually developing into a complex condition including electrical sensitivities, migraines, dizziness, and widespread intolerance to everyday stimuli. Despite working with a range of medical and alternative practitioners, his condition continued to worsen. After discovering DNRS, he began a gradual recovery marked by steady improvements over time, eventually returning to work, exercise, and activities he once loved. His story reflects how consistent brain retraining can lead to meaningful, step-by-step recovery across multiple systems.

When Symptoms Escalated
Victor’s health challenges began in the mid-1990s with panic attacks that gradually developed into ongoing anxiety.
Over time, additional symptoms emerged, and life stressors began to compound the issue. Eventually, his condition reached a tipping point.
“I soon couldn’t tolerate driving, watching TV, going to the grocery store, or even reading.”
He developed vestibular issues, migraines, heart irregularities, dizziness, and sensitivities to light, sound, motion, heat, and electromagnetic exposure. Daily life became increasingly restricted, with even basic activities feeling overwhelming.
Searching for Answers
Victor sought help from a wide range of practitioners in an effort to understand what was happening.
He worked with medical doctors, neurologists, and specialists, but found that most approaches focused on managing symptoms rather than resolving them. He then explored functional medicine, acupuncture, and other alternative therapies, which offered more insight but still did not lead to meaningful improvement.
He was left searching for something that could address the root of his condition.
Starting the Process
Victor discovered DNRS through a recommendation from his functional medicine doctor.
“It was the only system she knew of that addressed electrical sensitivities.”
At the time, even engaging with the program felt like a challenge, but he committed to moving forward.
“Little by little became my motto.”
He began his practice in late 2017, focusing on consistency rather than speed. Within a few months, he noticed changes—he was able to tolerate more visual and sensory input, his vestibular migraines began to ease, and he slowly reintroduced activities like using his phone and engaging online.
As he continued, his progress built steadily. His heart rhythm and blood pressure began to normalize, dizziness faded, and he was able to reintroduce light exercise and driving.
Returning to Life
Over time, Victor continued expanding what he could do.
He returned to activities he once loved—being outdoors, playing guitar, practicing yoga—and eventually reached a point where he was working part-time and exercising regularly.
One milestone stood out: after nearly two years, he returned to surfing. What began as a cautious attempt turned into over an hour in the water, an experience he describes as surreal and deeply rewarding.
“I’ve put in the effort… and I’m reaping the progress.”
Alongside the physical improvements, he experienced a deeper shift in how he responded to life—feeling calmer, more stable, and less reactive.
“That is priceless.”
Today, Victor continues building on his progress with consistency and gratitude, knowing that recovery is something that unfolds over time.
For him, the lesson is clear:
Steady effort leads to meaningful change—and a return to a full and active life.
To someone who is still suffering, Victor’s message is, “For people already training with DNRS, it’s only a matter of time…keeping on keeping on with your retraining!! And for those seeking health and freedom again, just start!! This is truly a life-changing program based on science and our wonderful ability to self-heal. Just do the DNRS program! It will be the best decision you’ll ever make.”
