When I first found DNRS, I had a deep sense of knowing that it was placed in front of me for a reason. I trusted my instincts, and signed up. I wasn’t willing to accept that there were “no answers” for my conditions, and I had a strong desire to be well. The DNRS Program ended up being the best investment I made in myself and my health.

I found it relatively easy to make the shift from focusing on symptoms to neuroplasticity training. I was convinced this was my answer. I set up my life around my commitment to my DNRS daily practice, and made my “healing bubble” a priority.

As a Certified DNRS Share-a-Laugh instructor, I bring my creativity, imagination, childlike wonder, and ability to dream to these classes. I love that I get to be an example of what is possible for others. The entire DNRS professional support team has a high level of integrity and pride in the work we do to help our clients recover, and it shows.

In addition to my work with DNRS, I love to immerse myself in nature. I have two boys, and a sweet Mini Australian Shepherd who loves snacks and river walks.
