Products will be accepted for refund only if: (a) returned items include all of the product components (b) product return form has been completed and submitted (c) product return is after six months from date of purchase and within one year (365 days) of purchase date. If you have purchased the DVD series, DVDs should be returned in their original case, along with the printed student manual and transcript, if purchased.* If you would like to receive a refund, please contact us and we will provide you with detailed instructions and a product return form.
