For many years I struggled with a whole range of symptoms and had tried many healing modalities. When I learned the science behind the DNRS program, it really helped me understand the brain’s involvement in chronic illness and how I could use this understanding to heal. Prior to implementing DNRS, I had the privilege of witnessing the profound transformation experienced by family members who successfully implemented the program to heal from years of debilitating symptoms. This spurred me on in my own DNRS journey.
As a DNRS coach, it is an absolute privilege to support others who have made the courageous step to try something new in their pursuit to regain their health. I draw on my years of experience in the helping profession and as an adult educator and bring compassion, hope and a deep understanding of what it means to suffer with limbic system impairment. Each person’s healing journey is unique, and I strive to hold space for and walk alongside each DNRS client giving individualized input and attention, meeting them where they are in the moment and guiding them towards the future.
When I’m not facilitating our Living DNRS groups or coaching, I love to spend time with family and friends and experience great joy in connecting and sharing life with loved ones. I love hiking, kayaking, cycling, walking in nature and travelling to new places. I am also a passionate gardener, and love creating a variety of artistic projects.
