DNRS Life Improvement Guarantee:
If, after six consecutive months of daily neuroplasticity training with the Dynamic Neural Retraining System (DNRS) program, you have received no value from our instructional video program, we will issue a full refund (less shipping, handling, and 15% return fee).
Before requesting a refund, we highly recommend that you reach out to receive support, either from our DNRS Certified Coaches or a Living DNRS group class. Learning to successfully implement neuroplasticity training— or anything new— can be confusing and frustrating at times, especially if you are doing it completely on your own. This is why DNRS has created interactive support options to assist you in your recovery process. We sincerely want you to succeed in your efforts to retrain your brain, regain your health, and reclaim your life.
Products will be accepted for refund only if: (a) returned items include all of the product components* (b) the product return form has been completed and submitted (c) the product return is after six months from the date of purchase and within one year (365 days) of purchase date. If you would like to receive a refund, please contact us and we will provide you with detailed instructions and a product return form. Please note that we do not replace lost or stolen products, or ones that have been damaged while in your care.
* The book “Wired for Healing” is not eligible for a refund.

How To Return Merchandise
Online Instructional Video Program Packages:
As per our DNRS Life Improvement Guarantee, please complete and submit the product return form below. Once we have received your returned product, you will receive your product refund less shipping and handling and a 15% return fee.
Please send any return merchandise via regular postal service (ex: USPS, Canada Post). We strongly advise providing a shipment tracking number for your return. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer – No CODs.

Products will be accepted for refund only if:
- (a) Returned items include all of the product components
- (b) The Product Return Form has been completed and submitted
- (c) Product return form has not been submitted before six months from the date of purchase.
- (d) The product is returned after six months from the date of purchase and within one year (365 days) of the purchase date
- (e) All product returns are subject to a 15% return fee.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for the completion of the refund upon receipt of your return.
*Note: submitting the product return form only is not considered a returned product. Both the product return form and receipt of returned purchased product(s) must be returned between six months and within one year (365 days) from the purchase date. The book “Wired for Healing” is non-refundable*
