Success Story

A New and Improved Me

Summary

Lisa developed a complex range of chronic conditions following a period of intense stress, including Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, POTS, chemical sensitivities, and severe food restrictions. Despite extensive testing, specialist care, and significant financial investment, her condition continued to worsen. After discovering DNRS, she began a steady recovery, eventually reaching full remission across all symptoms. Her story reflects how consistent brain retraining can support complete recovery, even in highly complex, multi-system conditions.

When Symptoms Took Over

Lisa’s health began to decline after what she describes as a “perfect storm” of stressors in 2015.

What followed was a rapid escalation into multiple chronic conditions, including Mast Cell Activation, POTS, chemical sensitivities, and extreme food reactions.

At her worst, her diet was reduced to just a few foods, and her daily life required constant management of symptoms, medications, and environmental triggers.

Searching Without Answers

Determined to find relief, Lisa sought help from numerous specialists, including leading experts in Mast Cell Activation.

She underwent extensive testing and procedures, including MRIs, CT scans, autonomic testing, and a wide range of functional and conventional medical investigations.

“I traveled anywhere to see these top doctors and spent a lot of money on treatment.”

Despite all of this, her condition remained complex and unresolved.

Discovering a New Path

Lisa discovered DNRS while researching her symptoms online.

“I searched for MCS, and it came up.”

She began the program in 2016 and started to notice early improvements. Wanting to deepen her understanding, she later attended an in-person seminar, where the program began to fully click.

That’s where the magic happened for me.

A Full Recovery Journey

Lisa later shared the following update after completing her recovery:

Hi everyone,

I have some amazing news… I am fully 100% recovered, fully healed!

As I type this, I am still in awe of what I’m writing. I am amazed at what DNRS has done and how my journey unfolded; it has given me my life back and I am so grateful for each moment of it.

I started my DNRS journey with:

Mast Cell Activation Syndrome

Dysautonomia / Orthostatic intolerance

Multiple Chemical Sensitivity

Food sensitivities (I was down to 3 foods)

Medication sensitivity

Light and sound sensitivities

Body pain, hives, tinnitus, Raynaud’s, Hashimoto’s

Anxiety, depression, insomnia

I was on many medications and supports to manage daily life.

I started the DNRS program and began to experience improvements. I was one of those people who needed extra help learning and doing the program, so I attended a live seminar. That’s where everything really came together for me.

I started adding foods back into my diet. My chemical sensitivities improved. I was going out more, socializing, and my nervous system began to stabilize.

One after another, symptoms began to resolve.

Eventually, I began working on deeper patterns—behaviors, beliefs, and emotional responses. I found self-love and balance across all areas of my life.

There was an ebb and flow to the process, but I stayed consistent.

I learned to forgive.

I learned to let go.

I learned not to carry what wasn’t mine.

I learned that I didn’t have to be perfect.

My life is so different now, and my illness is just a memory.

I am a new version of myself—while still being me—filled with gratitude and happiness.

Living Fully Again

Today, Lisa describes a life without restriction.

She is able to eat freely, move through environments without reactions, and live without the constant need to manage symptoms.

Reflecting on her journey, she shares:

“You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.”

For Lisa, recovery was not just about eliminating symptoms.

It was about rebuilding her life—physically, emotionally, and mentally—and stepping into a version of herself that feels stronger, freer, and fully engaged in life.
