Success Story

Life Is so Much More Beautiful Now

Summary

Lori was diagnosed with ME/CFS in 2014, with her condition worsening over time to the point where she was largely housebound or bed-bound. Despite trying numerous treatments and spending years searching for answers, lasting relief remained out of reach. After discovering DNRS, she began experiencing gradual but meaningful improvements, regaining strength, independence, and the ability to participate in daily life. Her story reflects how small, consistent gains can lead to profound life changes over time.

When Life Became Very Limited

Lori’s condition gradually worsened after her diagnosis in 2014, eventually reaching a point where daily life became extremely restricted.

By 2018, she was largely bed-bound or confined to her home, leaving only for medical appointments or rare outings—each followed by weeks of recovery.

“I was bed-bound or housebound at all times.”

Even basic activities required support, and much of her day was spent managing symptoms and conserving energy.

Searching for Answers

Determined to improve her health, Lori explored a wide range of treatments.

She worked with numerous practitioners and tried many different protocols, investing significant time, energy, and resources into finding relief.

“I had tried everything.”

While some approaches brought temporary improvement, nothing created lasting change, and her condition remained largely the same.

Small Wins That Changed Everything

After beginning DNRS, Lori started to notice changes—first emotionally, then physically.

Her mood began to lift, and she found herself reconnecting with parts of her personality that had faded.

“I began smiling and laughing more.”

Soon after, her energy began to improve. Small moments—like being able to stand up after a bath without assistance—became meaningful milestones.

Over time, those small wins built on each other.

She began taking showers independently, spending more time out of bed, and experiencing fewer symptoms. Activities that once felt impossible slowly became part of her routine again.

Returning to Daily Life

As Lori continued her practice, her world began to expand.

She was able to attend a family reunion, help with moving into a new home, and take on more responsibilities in daily life. She started walking her dog, helping with yard work, and spending time with her family in ways she hadn’t been able to before.

Even simple moments—playing games with her stepchildren, listening to music, or riding in a car without needing headphones—became meaningful signs of progress.

“The sense of accomplishment… is incredible.”

She describes better sleep, improved resilience, and a growing ability to handle the natural ups and downs of recovery.

Today, Lori feels a renewed sense of possibility and gratitude, knowing she is moving steadily forward.

Her message to others:
“When I initially heard about DNRS, I thought it was just positive thinking and meditation, which I had already been doing for years. I was so wrong and was surprised to discover that it was very physical. I learned how trauma (which for me was a virus) caused a limbic system impairment resulting in prolonged symptoms like post-exertional fatigue and brain and body inflammation. Now I have a way to begin to change that cycle.

I had tried everything, so I am thrilled to know that I have finally found what I’ve been looking for! I am forever grateful for this program for the way it is helping me heal. Life is so much more beautiful now!”
