Progress at your own pace and revisit lessons as needed. Commit to daily practice for optimal results. It’s recommended to take a 10 to 15-minute break during these times to give your brain and body a chance to absorb the information.

The DNRS 2.0 course consists of six lessons, each containing several topics. Your progress is tracked as you complete all the topics within each lesson, ensuring a structured and comprehensive learning experience.

Each lesson begins with a list of topics. As you complete each topic, mark it as done. You can always revisit topics later. After completing all topics in a lesson, you’ll reach a page where all topics are marked as done. Click “Mark This Lesson Complete” at the bottom to proceed to the next lesson.

Each written exercise is a form to fill out, with an optional submit button to email your responses to yourself. To ensure delivery, whitelist no-reply@retrainingthebrain.com. Follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the form.
  2. Click ‘Send Email’.
  3. Wait for the success message.
  4. Mark the lesson as complete and proceed to the next topic.

If you have purchased the printed student manual, feel free to complete written exercises in your manual and progress to the next topic when ready.

Each lesson includes a NOTE SECTION for tracking your “aha” moments. Use it as a personal journal for important notes about the lesson. Your notes are saved under ‘My Notes’ and can be downloaded or printed. They remain intact even after logging out.

Access all your notes by clicking ‘View All Notes’ under the note tab or at the top of the page under DNRS 2.0 > My Notes.

Each video features subtitles that can be turned on or off for your convenience. If you encounter any delays when starting a video or other playback issues, refresh the page and try again. You have full control over your viewing experience: adjust video quality, switch to full-screen mode, use picture-in-picture, and set the volume to your preference. Explore these options to tailor the videos to your needs and ensure a seamless learning process.

DNRS 2.0 videos are subtitled in English and several foreign languages.
Foreign language subtitles are powered by DeepL, an AI-driven machine translation service that provides highly accurate and contextually relevant translations.

To turn on subtitles, simply click the CC icon in the video playback bar and select the language of your choice.

DNRS 2.0 includes a program legend and supplementary text material in English on the website’s pages throughout the course.

For foreign languages, these webpages are automatically translated by most web browsers based on clients’ preferred language settings.

If your browser does not automatically translate pages to your preferred language, you can easily configure this in your ChromeFirefoxSafari, or Edge settings.

Good luck with the program and we look forward to reading about your dedication to your practice and your personal success stories on the Global Community Forum soon!
