Take a Break
Progress at your own pace and revisit lessons as needed. Commit to daily practice for optimal results. It’s recommended to take a 10 to 15-minute break during these times to give your brain and body a chance to absorb the information.
Course Layout
The DNRS 2.0 course consists of six lessons, each containing several topics. Your progress is tracked as you complete all the topics within each lesson, ensuring a structured and comprehensive learning experience.

Lessons and Topics
Each lesson begins with an overview of the topics you’ll be covering. As you complete each topic, click “Next Topic” to mark it as complete. Don’t worry — you can revisit any topic at any time.
Once you’ve completed all topics within a lesson, you’ll arrive at a final page showing each topic marked as done. To continue to the next lesson, simply click “Mark This Lesson Complete” at the bottom of the page.

Written Exercise Overview
Each written exercise includes an interactive form where you can record your responses and email them to yourself for future reference. To ensure successful delivery, please add no-reply@retrainingthebrain.com to your safe sender list or email contacts.
Follow these simple steps:
Complete the written exercise form.
Click “Send Email.”
Wait for the confirmation message indicating your email was sent successfully.
Continue to the next topic when you’re ready.
If you purchased the printed Student Manual, you’re welcome to complete the written exercises directly in your manual instead and proceed through the course at your own pace.
Note Section
Each lesson includes a dedicated Notes section where you can capture your insights, reflections, and “aha” moments throughout the program. Think of it as your personal journal to help reinforce what you’re learning along the way.
All notes are automatically saved to “My Notes,” where they can be viewed, downloaded, or printed at any time. Your notes will remain even after logging out, so you can easily return to them whenever needed.
To access all of your notes, click “View All Notes” within the Notes tab, or navigate to DNRS 2.0 > My Notes at the top of the page.

Video Settings
Each video features subtitles that can be turned on or off for your convenience. If you encounter any delays when starting a video or other playback issues, refresh the page and try again. You have full control over your viewing experience: adjust video quality, switch to full-screen mode, use picture-in-picture, and set the volume to your preference. Explore these options to tailor the videos to your needs and ensure a seamless learning process.

Video Translation & Closed Captioning
DNRS 2.0 videos are subtitled in English and several foreign languages.
Foreign language subtitles are powered by DeepL, an AI-driven machine translation service that provides highly accurate and contextually relevant translations.
To turn on subtitles, simply click the CC icon in the video playback bar and select the language of your choice.

Website & Course Translation
DNRS 2.0 includes a program legend and supplementary text material in English on the website’s pages throughout the course.
For foreign languages, these webpages are automatically translated by most web browsers based on clients’ preferred language settings.
If your browser does not automatically translate pages to your preferred language, you can easily configure this in your Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge settings.
We are honoured to be part of your journey and are here for you every step of the way.
