I spent a decade going from one practitioner to the next, and was finally told that I needed to rewire my brain. When I went to the DNRS website, I knew instantly that I was in the right place! Recovery took intention, dedication, commitment, time, and mindfulness. It was also a lot of fun!
During my recovery, the support I received from my DNRS coach was invaluable, as she helped me to understand how to work from my “front” brain. My own coaching style is informed by my intuition, experience, creativity and outside-the-box thinking. The retraining process is simple, but not simplistic. I love helping my clients understand how their brain works; how the subconscious mind has led them to certain patterns of thought, feelings, and behaviors. Through mindfulness, you will learn to come from a place of choice. Your neural pathways will change and so will your life! I am passionate about this work! I also love that DNRS places a high value on continuing education.
In addition to being a Certified DNRS Coach and a Share a Laugh Instructor, I have also been teaching yoga therapeutics for 20 years. I live a full life with my husband, teenage daughter, and golden retriever.
